Brad Miller serves as general counsel and corporate secretary for United Community Bank. Miller brings more than twenty years of experience to his role with United where he is responsible for the company’s legal affairs and all facets of its enterprise risk management.
Prior to joining United in 2007, Miller was a litigation attorney with Kilpatrick Townsend with a focus in consumer and regulatory matters.
Miller earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and J.D. from John Marshall Law School. He is the vice chairman of the bank counsel section of the Georgia Bankers Association, a member of the Regional Bank Counsel Group of the American Banker Association and serves on the boards of various community organizations.
